Joyce Sou is currently the VP of Finance and Operations at the recently launched Northern Super League, Canada’s first nation wide professional women’s soccer league. She most recently spent 8+ years as a senior leader at B Lab US & Canada, an innovative non-profit transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet, through a certification of nearly 10,000 companies world wide known as B Corporations. Prior to that, Joyce was an auditor at KPMG in the consumer markets industry where she obtained her CPA,CA designation. Joyce is passionate about sports and arts and music, particularly in a local and neighbourhood context.
